Jammu, Dec 29: Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on Friday accorded farewell to team members who volunteered to stay in Jammu for a slightly prolonged period.
An official spokesperson said a grand farewell was organised for Mukesh Kumar Section Supervisor, Raja Sekhar Dasari SSSA and Pramod Gajanan Lokhande, DPA.
Mission Director, J &K RLM Indu Kanwal Chib was the Chief Guest of felicitation ceremony -cum- farewell function.
Regional Commissioner EPFO Rizwan Uddin while bidding farewell acknowledged the contribution of these employees who served in various capacities in different sections.
He said their meritorious services have immensely contributed to the growth of this department in their capacities as inspiring administrators, managers and skilled manpower.
Indu Chib, while appreciating flexi-hour working in EPFO, liked the idea of motivating employees, specially appreciating the acknowledgement of work of employees who have contributed in past.
Performance of newly absorbed employees of J & K EPFO was also recognized while several other employees were felicitated including Subhash Chander, SSSA, Asha Rani, SS, Viney Bala Tak, SS, Rinku Sharma SSA, Sunil Sharma SSA, Ashwani Gaind, Programmer.
Sanjeev Kumar who has processed 820 claims in a day was specially felicitated besides acknowledging the consistent efforts made by Kanchan, DEO who has also joined J & K RLM as MIS had been a key performer in the “Nidhi Apke Nikat 2.0 “ Programme, for which EPFO, Jammu has been awarded as best Office for NAN 2.0.
Rizwan Uddin, P F Commissioner acknowledged volunteering attitude of Mukesh Kumar, SS Pramod Lokhande, DPA and Raja Sekhar, SSSA who voluntarily offered their service approximately ten more days, they supposed to be relieved to provide handholding support of newly absorbed employees of J& K EPFO.
Indu Kanwal Chib appreciated the voluntary efforts, flexible working arrangements and mentorship, teamwork that resulted into consistent performance in EPFO, Jammu with unique feet to two consecutive National level Awards of Organisation.
Meanwhile Sheikh Arif, SSA in Kashmir attended Office Friday, despite having met with a road accident and processed more that forty five claims before leaving Office. Rizwan Uddin enquired about his well-being and acknowledged his sense of responsibility towards duty.
“Their team building initiatives have yielded positive results, boosting elated morale, a robust responsibility Index, improved coordination, affiliation and heightened orientation, " he added. Overcoming challenges they have been considered dedicated performers, stepping up, volunteering and assuming greater responsibilities,” the PF commissioner said.
