Bandipora, August 02: The Career Counselling and Placement Cell of Hassan Khoyihami Memorial (HKM) Government Degree College Bandipora Monday organised a placement cum counselling drive at the College campus in collaboration with District Employement and Counselling Cell Bandipora.
An official said the drive witnessed a resounding success with its recent placement drive, providing a platform for its talented students to secure rewarding job opportunities.
Three major companies including AIRTEL (BPO), NIVA BUPA (Insurance), and Natural Care Life (Health Care Products) were present in the campus during the placement drive and presented a diverse array of job prospects for pass-out and outgoing students of the college. Human Resource Managers from these companies conducted interviews and selected numerous candidates for further rounds and final appointments.
Principal of the college Prof.) Dr. Masood Ahmad Malik commended the organisers of the drive and expressed satisfaction over the encouraging turnout and positive responses from the companies. He personally visited the venue to express his best wishes to the participants. Dr. Malik encouraged the organizers to conduct more such placement drives, emphasizing the immense benefit they bring to college students in shaping their future careers.
The students' gratitude overflowed as they expressed their thanks to the College administration and the Employment Cell of the District for making the event possible and providing them with such a valuable opportunity.
