BSF organises Medical Camp in Gurez Valley

Bandipora, Oct 16: Border Security Forces (BSF) on Sunday organised a medical camp at Government Higher Secondary School in Izmarg village of Gurez valley.

An official said the camp.was organised in collaboration with a Non Governmental Organisation. He said during the camp 06 civilian specialist doctors and 07 medical officers of BSF, provided medical assistance to the needy people in the remote Gurez Valley.

The medical camp was attended by a total of 320 people including 140 men, 60 women and 120 children. All the individual availed a medical check up and free medicines were distributed.

 Deputy Inspector General (DIG) BSF SHQ Bandipora R K Sharma alongwith other BSF officers, Jawans, civilians of Kanzalwan, Izmarg, Bagtore and adjoining areas were also present in the camp.
