Teachers Day: For a change, Teachers presented return gifts to Students in Bandipora School

Bandipora, September 10: Government middle School Mantrigam on Saturday organised a special awareness programme about drug abuse as part of the Teachers Day celebrations and Nasha Mukht Abhiyan

ZEO Quil Ab Rasheed Lone, Head Master Atta Mohammad Rather, Masters, Teachers and other senior officials were present on the occasion.

For a change the teachers presented Trek Suits as special surprise gifts to all the 150 students of the school. 

Teachers said the students wished them individually on Teachers Day and presented gifts to their favourite teachers. They said they were moved by the heart warming gesture of the students and hence teachers thought of pooling money to present return gifts to the students.

On Saturday the School hosted an awareness Campaign about Drug Abuse as part of Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan and teachers found the occasion to present the return gifts. ZEO Quil presented gifts to students who were delighted to receive their gifts.

ZEO Quil said he was also delighted to see the bond between students and teachers in the school share with each other. 

He said the warm relationship between teachers and students improve the teaching learning process as students enjoy studying without any stress.

He hoped that all schools share such relationship between students and teachers.

Meanwhile During the awareness campaign, teachers informed the students about I'll effects of Drug abuse and urged them to stay away from this menace. They also pledged to fight against this menace..
