Kulgam, September 07: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat felicitated Headmaster Govt High School Zungalpora Kulgam Manzoor Ahmad Bhat on National teachers day this week for his remarkable performance.
Manzoor Ahmad Bhat was awarded as best headmaster in district Kulgam. He is currently looking after 04 other schools at a time besides his own School as DDO. Officials said his service was found exceptional in managing all the schools with great efforts and determination. He has left no stone unturned in shaping the career of students.
He was felicitated by Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat in presence of Additional Development Commissioner Showkat Ahmad Rather and Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kulgam Mohd Ashraf Rather.
