Kupwara, August 09: Chennai based Rotary International District 3232 distributed medical equipments and education tools to the schools and health centres of remote Machil village near LoC.
56 Rashtriya Rifles (Maratha Light Infantry) facilitated the Club in distribution of these equipment.
An official said the team visited machil village under frontier literacy project on 08th August 2021 and reviewed the educational system of the machil and surrounding villages which comes under the aegis of 56 RR ( Maratha Li) .
The club later donated five Fuji Make 6 hrs backup inverter system with Batteries, three New laptops, eighty sets of Note books, text books and other writing and drawing products, two Thermometers , fifteen Digital ThermoMeters, two Oximeters, twenty five Self stick note pads, twenty five Spiral Note books and fifty 6-Layered Masks.
