Kulgam, Dec 29 : A Special Police Officer (SPO), who had gone missing along with AK-47 rifles from Police Post Frisal was arrested by police at his home in Hanger village of South Kashmir's Kulgam district.
A police official said that based on specific inputs, security forces caught missing SPO identified as Zakir Ahmad Malik (NO: 967/K) son of Mohammed Sikinder Malik of Hangir from his house.
“Investigations are on whether he was in touch with any militant organization,” he said. Pertinently, Zakir had gone missing along with an AK-47, one magazine and 30 rounds from police station Frisal, a week ago—(KNO)
