Jammu, May 02 (KNO) : Following cross LOC exchange of gunfire between India and Pakistan armies in Kerni sector, schools in the area have been ordered closure.
Exchange of gunfire between the two sides erupted in Shahpur & kirni Sectors in District Poonch(J&K) at about 0930 hours.
District Magestrate Poonch ordered that all Schools of Kerni Sector are hereby closed today on 02.05.2019 due to crossborder shelling.
Officials told KNO that Pakistatn initiated Unprovoked Cease Fire Violation starting with Firing of Small Arms followed by Shelling with Mortars.
"Indian Army is retaliating beffitingly," they said.(KNO)
