Airtel leaves its Karnah subscriber base in dire straits
Call drops, erratic services take toll, people fume in distress
Karnah, Mar 24 (KNS): Erratic mobile and internet services of Airtel is putting thousands of its subscribers in North Kashmir’s Karnah area in dire straits with call drops and meagre Internet connectivity becoming order of the day.
The subscribers from Kandi, Lontha, Tanghdar Gomal, Dildar, Suliman, Gabra Khawarpara, Chanipora villages of Karnah in north Kashmir's Kupwara district told Kashmir News service (KNS ) that they are facing immense problems due to erratic mobile and internet services for the past several days. A subscriber Sahil Muddasir said that he is a regular user of Airtel and his work is completely dependent on internet.
“I pay every month for internet but its poor connectivity has left me in distain,” he said and added that every time when one attempts to make a telephone call, it doesn’t get through. (KNS)
