Examination for One year computer course CABA-MDTP held at Bandipora Centre’s

Bandipora, Dec 29: Examination for one-year computer application course was held at various centre's in north Kashmir's Bandipora district on Saturday.

The examination was held for CABA-MDTP one year computer application at Intech Computers Nowpora and Bandipora college of Information Technology (BCIT) Kaloosa. 

Giving details an official said that around 300 and 250 students took part in the examination at BCIT and Intech computers respectively. 

"Students were trained in computer applications, Business Accounting and Multilingual DTP knowledge during the year.

The institutes are recognised by Government of India, NIELIT and NCPUL Delhi.

"This course was designed to aim at imparting basic IT Literacy programme for the students."

The official said that this programme has essentially been conceived with an idea of giving an opportunity to every student to attain computer literacy, thereby contributing to increased and speedy PC penetration in different walks of life. 

"After completing the course the incumbent should be able to the use the computer for basic purposes of preparing his personnel/business letters, viewing information on internet (the web), receiving and sending mails, preparing his business presentations, preparing small databases etc, " he said.
