Changing PRC law a deliberate attempt to change JK’s demography: Sehrai

 Srinagar, Dec 04 (KNS): Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeH) Chairman Mohd Ashraf Sehrai on Tuesday said that the contemplated change into the procedure of issuing Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs) a deliberate attempt to change J&K’s demography. He said, “the resistance leadership has a clear stand against the anti-Kashmir and anti-people policies and made it clear that the policies which are against the Kashmiri people and their security would not be allowed. The utter purpose of these efforts is to convert Muslim majority into a minority in Jammu & Kashmir so that desired results can be achieved in the plebiscite under the United Nations.”

PRCs said, “India and its “anti-Kashmir” politicians are
