Bandipora, 14 Oct:- A non-local labourer on Sunday died after he fell in a pit in North Kashmir’s Hajin town.
Reports said a labourer identified as Mohammad Kalsar S/O Mohammad Jahangir, a resident of Delhi fell in a pit while collecting scrap from the garbage inside the pit.
The locals present at the spot rushed him to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him ‘brought dead’. Meanwhile, a Police official said that a case has been registered in this matter and after performing legal formalities his body was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
