BANDIPORA, NOVEMBER 02: According to Principal District and Sessions Judge (Chairman District Legal Services Authority) Bandipora, Syed Sarfaraz Hussain Shah, a National Lok Adalat is being held on December 9, 2017 in district Bandipora. The pending and pre-litigation cases pertaining to NI Act, Bank Recovery, labor disputes, electricity and water bills, criminal, MACT, matrimonial and land disputes, and other civil cases would be taken up for on spot decisions.
The interested litigants are informed to approach the trial courts to get their cases fixed in the scheduled National Lok Adalat for resolution of disputes.
