‘They shouldn’t be forced to hit streets’

Srinagar, Oct 11 (KNS): Democratic Party National (DPN) president and former agriculture minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Wednesday said that the demands of protesting Anganwadi workers should be fulfilled at the earliest. 
Mir told KNS that the genuine demands of the Anganwadi workers should be fulfilled. “The Women workers should not be forced to hit the streets. The government should listen to their long pending demands and should fulfill them at the earliest,” he said. 
He said that the salaries or the monthly honorarium should also be released at the earliest so that they could feel a sigh of relief. (KNS)
