Bandipora, August 02: District Development Commissioner Bandipora Sajad Hussain Ganai today visited various villages of the district to review the progress on various developmental activities in these hamlets.
He was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Development, Tehsildar Bandipora, Block Development Officer, Xen PMGSY, along field staff of the district.
At Aragam and Garoora villages DC inspected various ongoing projects and directed the officials to expedite work on these projects so that the same can be completed at earliest.
DC also inspected works of PMGSY and lauded the role of the officials played in connecting people of far flung areas. HE said right from the beginning, PMGSY have been playing an important role in connecting the far flung areas to the headquarters. HE asked the officials to expedite work so that projects are completed before the onset of winters.
