Srinagar, Mar 09 (KNS): Hours after the killing of two civilians in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, the authorities on Thursday placed the top Hurriyat (G) leaders under house detention.
Sources told KNS that scores of Hurriyat (G) leaders including Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) chief, Shabir Ahmad Shah, TeH General Secretary, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Hurriyat (G) chief spokesman, Ayaz Akbar, Raja Mehrajudin, Mohd Ashraf Laaya and Umer Adil Dar were placed under house detention.
