Says CM is best to explain reasons
Srinagar: The senior PDP leader, Basharat Bukhari submitted his resignation from the cabinet on Friday, he was assigned for the portfolio of Horticulture today.
Bukhari confirms to KNS said, “I have given all the reasons for tendering my resignation to the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti and she is best to explain those reasons.”
