BANDIPORA, FEBUARY 15: District Information Center Bandipora in collaboration with Bazmi Shaban today organized a Mehfil-e-Mushaira at Mehboob-ul-Aalam College of Education, Bandipora.
Renowned poet Professor Ismail Aashna presided over the Natia Mushaira, while as proceedings were conducted by Munawar Parvana.
During the function eminent poets including Mohi-u-din Gul, Gul Tanveer, A A Talib , Afzal Shahe, A. A. Aziz, Aakash Ali Mohammed, Abdul Rashid Nisar, Rashid Imroz, Shah Naseema, and others recited their poetry and mesmerized the audience.
On the occasion, District Information Officer Mohammed Yousuf Mir said that the Department has conducted five such programs during the last two months in the district and will continue its efforts to explore the talent of young poets of Bandipora.
