Srinagar,Nov 08: SHRC has called for an inquiry into the death of Shalimar youth who according to media reports had alleged that Police poisoned him.
Taking cognisance of the media reports, Chairperson SHRC Justice Bilal Baaki has directed Director General of Police to conduct and inquiry and submit report by December 14, 2016.
