ARAGAM : 30 Jun 2016: A one day workshop on traffic safety and road discipline was organized for the students at Army Goodwill School Aragam . The guest speaker was Abdul Hamid Bhat, RTO Bandipora educated the students about Traffic rules and road discipline.
The students of Army Goodwill School Aragam were very inquisitive, they were taught about the Rules for road crossing and importance of Zebra crossing. Various traffic symbols such as sharp curve, speed breakers, congested road, bridge ahead and speed limit etc being used on the highways were also shown to students.
A total of 10 teachers and 81 students attended the workshop. There was an overwhelming response and healthy participation by the Principal, Staff and students.
The Principal, Staff and students applauded the unique initiative of the Indian Army and RTO Bandipora and committed to follow the traffic rules to avoid road accidents and assist the old age people on road.
