(Konan)Bandipora, May 11:- Locals found a sculpture of lord Vishnu at Konan Baba Gund village of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district during excavation in a stadium
The locals after founding the sculpture immediately informed the District administration and Police. Later police team headed by Station House Officer Bandipora, Syed Gazanfar rushed to the spot and took the sculpture in their possession.
He said the idols are in police possession and they are waiting for the department of Archaeology so that we can handover the sculpture to the department.
