Baramulla:On the directions of SSP Baramullah, a team of police station Pattan headed by SHO under the supervision of of SDPO arrested a notorious drug Peddler namely Manzoor Sofi s/o Ghulam Nabi r/o Asthan Mohalla Kanihama Magam & recovered 10 bottles of codine from his possession.
A case FIR No. 94/16 u/s 8/22 NDPS registered against him. Meanwhile the police team from the same police station arrested another drug Peddler namely Shafi War s/o Abdul Gaffar r/o Goshbugh Pattan & recovered 17 bottles of Codine & 96 tablets of Spasmo Proxyvon from his possession & registered a case FIR No 95/16 u/s 8/21,8/22 ndps against him.SHO Pattan Told Kashmir Converse said that both the drug Peddlers are involved in sale of drugs to youth of Pattan & Palhalan and are coming from magam and gosgbugh side.
