Srinagar, April 26 (KNS): The state cabinet is meeting in Jammu tomorrow (Wednesday) under the chairpersonship of chief minister Mehbooba Mufti.
Official sources told KNS that the meeting will be held Wednesday afternoon in Jammu where creation of new posts for Kashmir Administrative Service will be one of the agendas of the meeting.
Official sources said that the transfers and postings in civil and police administration are expected to be ordered.
This will be the second meeting to be chaired by Mehbooba after becoming chief minister.
Official sources said that the CM is likely to brief the cabinet about her meetings with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union ministers this month in New Delhi about the development of the state.
Sources said that this is likely the last cabinet to be held in Jammu before ‘Darbar Move’.
