Sonawari, April 26: Army’s 13 Rashtriya Rifles today inaugurated Sonawari Cricket primer league at sonawari.
The inaugural match of the tournament was played at between Asham Cricket Club and Wonder Boys Cricket Club Safapora at Safapora stadium.
Officials said 32 teams will participate in the tournament. On this occasion, the Commandant Officer of Rashtriya Rifles Mansbal, Chief executive officer Mansbal Development, SHO Safapora and some senior citizens of Sonawari besides a sizable number of spectators were present at the proceedings of the tournament.
One of the local cricketer Mr Abdul Hamid Rather, said with this tournament will help the local youth to showcase their talent.
Army’s 13 RR commandments said their focus is to make a platform through which the talent of the youth can be explored.
