Srinagar| Apr 23 : Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon today chaired a high level meeting regarding the implementation of Public Service Guarantee Act (PSGA).
The Divisional Commissioner took the feedback from the Deputy Commissioners regarding the present situation of the PSGA through video conferencing.
The Div Com stressed for creating more awareness regarding the act and directed the officials to install information bulletin boards outside their respective offices. He also called for online submission of applications and monitoring of them by concerned DCs.
He further directed DCs to appoint nodal officers in their respective districts for speedy redressal of grievances.
Additional Commissioner Kashmir, DC Srinagar, Officers of PDD, PHE, SDA, CAPD, RTO, SMC, Health, PCB, Housing Board and Industries and Commerce were present in the meeting.
