BANDIPORA, APRIL 23: The District Development Commissioner Bandipora today kicked off an inter zonal road race organized by Youth Services and Sports department Bandipora. About 600 boys and girls in the age group of under 19, under 17 and under 14 participated in this road race comprising of six events from Guridal to Sport Stadium Bandipora.
While distributing prizes among the winners of all the events, the DDC said that the department of Youth Services and Sports has issued sports calendar for the current year under which more than 50 events will be held in the district which will provide an opportunity to youth to display their talent in various games.
Among others, Chief Education Officer Bandipora, Incharge Technical Assistant Activities Bandipora, other officers and a sizeable number of youth were present on the occasion.
