Bandipora, April 23: A bear attacked and injured a 32-year-old lady, Safina Begum wife of Mehraj ud din Khan of Chuntimulla, Bandipora.
Locals rescue her and shifted her to District Hospital Bandipora for treatment.
“She was badly injured and received more than 20 stitches and afterwards doctors shifted her to SKIMS Srinagar for further treatment,” said a family member.
