Sumbal, April 06: Zonal Physical Education Office (ZPEO) Sumbal on Wednesday organised a Seerat Conference and an Inter-School Naat competition.
Block Development Officer Sumbal was Chief Guest on the occasion while Islamic Scholar Mufti Mushtaq Ahmad nominated as judge for the competition.
Shugufta of HSS Sumbal secured first postion in Naat competition while Zainab of Solomon Seat of Learning and Arizoo of Islamic Hanfia School secured second and third positions respectively.
In Seerat competition, Insha of WAKF Asham secured first position while Mehraj-ud-Din of HSS Nowgam secured second position.
Officials said the competition was organised separately for boys & girls of age group under-14 & 17 . The function was organised at Community Hall of BDO office.
At least 150 students including boys & girls participated. The Chief guest distributed prizes among the first three position holder of all the categories in the competitioncompetition.
