JK Police on Wednesday claimed to have solved the case which was seen as a blind murder case as the body was fished out from Wular lake with least evidences available.

During investigation it was revealed that Harjeet Singh was involved in love affairs with a girl (name withheld) in the neighbourhood. It was said that the girl complained to her boy friend (Harjeet Singh) that Buta Ram was trying to flirt with her.

Jealous over this, Harjheet Singh planned to kill his roommate Bitu and for this his girl friend assisted him to wipe out him from the scene.
