Srinagar 04 March: Vigilance Organization Kashmir registered a case against Executive Officer Municipal Committee Bandipora.
A verification conducted by Vigilance Organization Kashmir on a complaint into the allegations that Shakeel Ahmad Shah S/o Ghulam Hassan Shah R/o Gundpora Bandipora presently posted as I/c Executive Officer, M. C. Bandipora/Hajin is having fake diploma certificate of Sanitary Inspector which he has produced to secure his entry in the Department of Urban Local Bodies Kashmir etc.
During verification it was revealed that the said officer has appeared in the examination of Sanitary Inspector Part-II during J&K State Medical Faculty Examination Session August 1988 through Charitable Mobile Hospital Srinagar and was declared fail but under the guise of rechecking has managed to obtain certificate showing the accused beneficiary as pass.
Verification has further revealed that no such Diploma certificate has been issued by the State Para Medical Council Govt. Medical College Srinagar in favour of the beneficiary accused. It has been found that beneficiary accused has managed a fake diploma certificate by dishonestly and fraudulently and resultantly secured his entry in the department of Urban Local Bodies Kashmir, a VOK spokesman said Valley Media Service in a statement.
Accordingly Case FIR No. 07/2016 under section 5(1)(d) r/w 5(2) J&K P.C. Act Svt. 2006 and section 420,467, 468 and 471 RPC in Police Station Vigilance Organization Kashmir was registered against Shakeel Ahmad Shah S/o Ghulam Hassan Shah R/o Gundpora Bandipora presently posted as in charge Executive Officer Municipal Committee Bandipora/Hajin.(Agencies)
