Srinagar Nov 20: Hurriyat leader and Chairman Islamic Political Party JK Muhammad Yousuf Naqash Friday said that Kashmir conflict is a human tragedy and needs human approach for its resolution. “Violence and wars will complicate it rather than resolving. Tormented people of Jammu Kashmir have suffered heavy losses in terms of men and material during about seven decades and continue to reel under insecurity and uncertain situation,” Naqash said in a statement to CNS adding that India has converted this territory in to a largest concentration camp by deploying more than seven lakh armed forces of different hues who have unleashed reign of terror in a bid to kill and curb the legitimate sentiment of freedom which is their inalienable right.
He said that peaceful voices are choked. “Right to peaceful assembly is denied. Mourning on the dead is restricted. All this is a declared crime in occupied Jammu Kashmir in spite of this fact that world has recognized these birth rights for every human being regardless of religion, race and region. Much blood has been spelled sofar. Solution of Kashmir dispute needs tender human approach devoid of violence and wars,” he said.
