Four militants killed in Halmatpora encounter: Army

Says operation is on Srinagar, Mar 20 (KNS): Four militants were killed in an encounter that raged between forces and militants in Halmatpura village in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, Army said.  Defence spokesman, Colonial Rajesh Kalia told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the four militants were killed in the gunfight.  He said that the operation is still going on.
