Farooq Abdullah appoints Mushtaq Guroo as his constituency incharge

‘He will monitor all works under MPLAD’ Srinagar, Sep 23 (KNS): National Conference president and member of Lok-Sabha from Srinagar parliamentary seat, Farooq Abdullah Saturday appointed Mushtaq Guroo as his constituency incharge of the Srinagar-Budgam, Ganderbal constituency.
