BANDIPORA, OCTOBER 01:
A mega camp regarding Prime Minister’s Mudra Yojna (PMMY) was held at Lead Bank office Bagh Bandipora today during which loan sanction letters were distributed among 150 eligible borrowers of the district.
The camp was attended by MLA Bandipora, Mr. Usman Majeed, District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Lead Bank Manager Bandipora, Director RSETI, cluster head J&K Bank besides officers and representatives from government departments and NABARD and the beneficiaries.
The MLA Bandipora on the occasion asked the bankers to make quick disposal of pending cases so that the unemployed youth can establish their ventures. He said that such purposeful schemes should be implemented in letter and spirit as all the unemployed cannot get government jobs.
Hailing the role of financial institutions, the DDC directed the bankers to organise awareness camps in colleges, school and ITIs. He said that loans on easy conditions are available with banks, so the unemployed should avail benefits from these schemes.
Earlier, Lead Bank Manager and others highlighted the modules and benefits of PM’s Mudra Yojna.
